As indicated by its title this variation of Gelobet seist du, Jesu Christ focuses on the Christ Child's virgin birth.

The piano tones were generated by combining several repetitions of the song, whereby the frequencies of simultaneous notes were added and played at the octave, where appropriate.

In the background, as if just a resonance of the piano sounds, the original melody can be heard – fanned out into a field of fifths and created by formant synthesis of vowels from the song's first verse.
